The Goal
The goal was to launch an event program inviting speakers to discuss topics related to leadership development. There are three sessions each year, inviting executives, innovators and trendsetters to share their stories and perspectives.
The Process
An exploratory session was conducted with the stakeholder to understand the personality of Alice S. Marriott. Visual inspirations and word associations were collected and presented, then collaboratively became the foundation of the brand identity in how we communicate with visuals and voice.
The Outcome
The brand identity not only enriched how each session was presented, but also defined the personality of the program.
