
Design Thinking Boot Camp
Design Thinking has emerged as an indispensable business tool to develop consumer-focused products and services. To promote this practice at Marriott International, the Learning + Development group had set out to activate a one day Design Thinking boot camp session. The session experience was designed and facilitated in collaboration with the Insight Strategy Innovation group, and my responsibility was to package the materials to invite attendees.
To conduct a one-day immersion to understand the what and how to use Design Thinking as a business tool for the corporate discipline of Learning + Development.
A communication material was put together to invite the attendees and informed them what to expect from the session.
The design contributed to have a united front when we promoted the event. The attendees had a clear expectation of what they will learn from the session.


A long list of disciplines and actions depicting the process mixed with emotions associated with the experience communicates the overarching idea of this practice.
