The Goal
To conduct series of collaborative work sessions among HR executives to strategize how might we attract and nurture leaders who shape and grow the company.
The Process
A small team was formed to conduct field research. The team used design thinking as a guide to gather insights, and facilitated sessions to concept ideas. A design system was developed so the audience can consume information consistently in the most effective way. The communication materials included presentation design, and display boards for work sessions. This experience was captured and later put together as a video to summarize the story.

The Outcome
The design contributed to provide well-organized meetings and presentations that shared important insights that lead the team to strategize future-forward concepts. Work sessions were conducted the same way, and the attendees were able to have effective dialogs at focused
